Welcome to CKings AI, a digital assistant platform developed and managed by CKings Capital. CKings AI is the primary service provided, designed to help users interact, access services, and manage property-related or business-related activities efficiently.

CKings Pay is a supporting payment facilitation service also developed by CKings Capital. Both services operate together, but CKings AI remains the core platform experience.

1. Nature of Services

CKings AI provides an intelligent conversational interface that assists users with property discovery, inquiries, business interactions, and related services.

CKings Pay is integrated as an optional supporting tool to enable digital payments and transaction tracking where applicable.

2. Use of Platform

By using CKings AI, you agree to:

  • Use the platform for lawful and legitimate purposes only
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not misuse, exploit, or disrupt the system

3. AI Limitations

CKings AI provides automated responses based on available data and system logic. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Responses may not always be complete or up-to-date
  • Users should independently verify important decisions (e.g. property purchases, legal matters)
  • CKings Capital is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI responses

4. Payments (CKings Pay)

All payments processed through CKings Pay are handled by third-party payment providers such as Flutterwave.

  • CKings Pay does not hold or store funds
  • Transaction processing is handled externally
  • CKings Pay may apply service fees where applicable

CKings Pay operates under its own Terms & Conditions, which users agree to when using payment-related features.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensure all activities on your account are authorized
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

CKings Capital shall not be liable for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
  • Losses resulting from reliance on platform information
  • Payment delays or failures caused by third-party providers

7. Data & Privacy

We respect user privacy and do not sell personal data. Data may be used internally to improve system performance and user experience.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
